Karen Douglas, Practice Manager
Karen graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Becker College in Worcester MA. She started her dental career in 1983 as a Red Cross volunteer in the dental clinic on Eglin AFB in Ft. Walton Beach Florida, where she fell in love with the dental field. She continued her education at the University of Florida's College of Dentistry where she received her certification as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Later she continued her education at the University of Maryland, where she majored in Molecular Biology. Karen has worked as a Practice Manager and Dental Assistant her entire career. In her spare time, Karen has enjoyed volunteering with her dog visiting nursing homes and hospitals. She also enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, horseback riding and kayaking,
Randy Peterson RDH BPH, Registered Dental Hygienist
Randy, a Massachusetts native has been practicing Dental Hygiene since 2013. Most recently he competed a bachelor degree program in Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and shortly after joined our team in the spring of 2017. Randy enjoys explaining and teaching everything there is to know about oral health/hygiene to his patients. When he is not doing that he enjoys his passion for cars, as well as spending time with his family on Lake Winnipesaukee barefoot waterskiing, fishing, boating and snowmobiling.
Colleen Koehle Registered Dental Assistant
Colleen Koehler graduated from a dental assisting program at Lincoln Technical Institute in 2015. She then continued to begin her steps in the dental field at a practice in Arlington MA with a 4 month long externship gaining lots of valuable experience. She completed her Radiology Certification course at Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine. Along with a certificate through DANB certified in Infection Control. Colleen is in the process of taking courses at Middlesex Community College in hopes to get in the dental hygiene program. In Colleen’s free time she enjoys going to the gym, attending yoga and spin classes, along with hanging with friends and family.
